Peter Golab launched his real estate career after several years in corporate aviation. His clients included some of the biggest real estate developers in the Toronto and GTA areas. Initially Peter used his contacts from aviation and his network to focus on development acquisitions, and successfully managed to broker several large parcels for subdivision. Other developments later included green field and brown field developments, many infill projects, and multiple single build lot for custom home builders. Peter’s experiences with his several fantastic builders, developers, as well as some real estate professionals, helped shape his core values: service, respect, trust, excellence & results. These values are front & center in the representation he gives to his clients to help them accomplish their real estate goals.

Nicole more affectionately known as Niki works around to clock 7 days a week ensuring compliance is met with the strictest diligence, and ensuring client care is the number one priority. Her day starts with time blocking in our team calendar current demands, needs and goals of the team. Her work ethic is unmatched, continuously updating all members on the latest status of files and making sure appointments are set, paperwork is carefully checked and submitted, calls are taken, listings are uploaded, etc...She is also taking courses on her down time to further her career goals. She is the foundation of our team and our rock - rockstar.
